Insulated roof panels
All-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling
DeltaTrimTrim™ combines classical trapezoid metal roof and ceiling sheet, sandwiching a foam core in various thicknesses. With excellent insulating properties and spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, DeltaTrimTrim™ is the cost effective and time efficient solution to your commercial roofing project.
DeltaTrimTrim™ consists of three (3) main components:

a trapezoid roof sheet

a choice of two (2) insulated core options

a trapezoid ceiling sheet, bonded together from the factory
DeltaTrimTrim™ has foam profiled to match the corrugations on both sides – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.
DeltaTrimTrim™ is available with DeltaBeam™.
Fully engineered and tested to Australian Standards, together with a 20 year warranty, DeltaTrimTrim™ will stand the test of time in your roofing project.
Insulated panels core options
DeltaTrimTrim™ provides a choice of two (2) insulated core options to suit the specific requirements of your project:

Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR)

Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC)
The EPS-FR cores offers lightweight option with good fire ratings and thermal ratings. The Polyisocyanurate core option offers high fire ratings coupled with superior R-values for greater thermal efficiency.
DeltaTrimTrim™-EPS-FR is CodeMark approved. Please refer to the Certificate of Conformity for the details.
Insulated panels width
The DeltaTrimTrim™ panel is one (1) metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof.
Insulated panels core thickness
A range of core thicknesses are available with DeltaTrimTrim™ – from 75mm up to 200mm.
Insulated panels span capabilities
Each increase in panel thickness offers greater spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products (this also provides greater insulating capabilities).
Insulated panels roof pitch
With a low roof pitch of 2 degrees, DeltaTrimTrim™ allows you to create expansive outdoor areas without reducing your headroom.
Insulated panels |Colours and paint finishes
DeltaTrimTrim™ is available in an extensive range of colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. All of these colours can be mixed and matched between the top side and underside to create nearly 200 possible combinations.
DeltaMax™ DeltaTrimTrim™ is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market.
