DeltaOrb™ has a classical corrugated appearance and provides an all-in-one solution of roofing, insulation and ceiling. With superior spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products, DeltaOrb™ is the cost effective and time efficient solution for your roofing and / or patio project.
DeltaOrb™ consists of three (3) main components:

a durable steel roof sheet

a choice of three (3) insulated core options

a smooth, easy to clean ceiling finish, bonded together from the factory
DeltaOrb™ comes with foam profiled to match the corrugations – this reduces corrosion and stops vermin from entering the cavity.
DeltaOrb™ is available with DeltaBeam™.
Fully engineered and tested to Australian Standards, together with a 20 year warranty, DeltaOrb™ will stand the test of time for your roofing or patio project.
Insulated panels core options
DeltaOrb™ provides a choice of three (3) insulated core options to suit the specific requirements of your project:

Expanded Polystyrene Fire Retardant Grade (EPS-FR)

Thermosetting Phenolic Composite (TPC)

DualCore (DC)
The different alternative cores offer a high R-Values for thermal efficiency, excellent sound dampening properties and different Fire Ratings.
DeltaOrb™-EPS-FR and DeltaOrb™-DC are both CodeMark approved. Please refer to the individual Certificate of Conformity for the details.
DeltaOrb™-TPC has obtained Factory Mutual Certificate of Compliance covering FM4880, FM4881, FM4882 and FM4471.
Insulated panels width
The DeltaOrb™ panel is one (1) metre wide which reduces both the number of sheets and time required to lay the roof.
Insulated panels core thickness
A range of core thicknesses are available with DeltaOrb™ – from 50mm up to 200mm.
Insulated panels span capabilities
Each increase in panel thickness offers greater spanning capabilities compared to traditional roofing products (this also provides greater insulating capabilities).
Insulated panels roof pitch
For Class 10 Buildings, a DeltaOrb™ roof can be pitched at 3 degrees to create large covered areas with ease. This is due to the increased corrugation depth compared to traditional roofing.
Insulated panels |Colours and paint finishes
DeltaOrb™ is available in an extensive range of colours to match any existing structures, including zinc. Please refer to our colour range chart and the warranty documents which details the roof selection. A smooth, white ceiling creates consistency and matches existing structures.
DeltaMax™ DeltaOrb™ is also available for areas close to salt water. This product offers increased corrosion resistance compared to standard roofing and will outperform all other insulated panel products on the market.
